Daily Positive Affirmations

Updated: Jul 5, 2022

Daily Positive Affirmations. I am loveable and capable.

Affirmations are a great tool to use to start the day with a positive mindset. When we think good things about ourself, it can create a happier life. Loving yourself can open up your life and make it more beautiful every day.

This is one of the first affirmations that I learned to use when I took a Positive Action Class in Elementary School. Every morning, we would start the day by learning something positive that we could use daily. We learned to be kind to others and ourselves. We also had a compliment box in the classroom where we could write secret notes to our classmates to commend them on the good things that they had done. Then, our teacher would read them at the end of the week.

I always made sure that I was writing positive comments about several people every week, especially those that I thought were left out.

Daily Positive Affirmations. I live in alignment with my authentic self.

Living in an authentic way means being open and honest about who you are, and what is important to you. By living authentically, you can have a happier life experience. Being authentic can be frightening at first, because often we feel societal pressure to fit in. However, I have learned that by living authentically and not having to hide who I really am, I can be more genuine with others too, and it deepens my relationships.

Do you like using affirmations and find them helpful? An affirmation practice can add so much happiness and value to your life. If you say them every day, especially looking at yourself in the mirror, it can help you start the day thinking positively. This can help you to have a more positive mindset overall.
